## Description

Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) is the largest multinational network dedicated to transforming the future of Latine philanthropy and crafting a self-sustaining future for our communities. With over $78 million in philanthropic capital invested among more than 1,000 Latine-serving organizations, HIP focuses on empowering Latines across the Americas and the Caribbean. Our mission centers on addressing pressing issues such as racial equity, climate justice, migration, gender equity, and entrepreneurship.

Through unique programs like HIPGive, a bilingual platform for advancing Latine social impact projects, and the Líderes Fellowship, which trains mid-career Latines in philanthropy, we strive to elevate community voices and foster systemic change. With an emphasis on building, funding, and fueling Latine power, we invite individuals and organizations alike to engage and become part of our collective vision for a thriving, equitable future. Join us in reimagining Latine representation and support our ongoing efforts to create transformative opportunities within our communities.
