## Description

Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses pursue meaningful civilian careers. Its programs and resources are designed to support people at different stages of their job search and professional development, wherever military life takes them. Career Connectors help individuals identify relevant resources, while hiring events introduce military community members to employers through virtual and in-person opportunities. HOH also offers a SkillBridge-approved Fellows Program, providing service members with a 12-week internship, and a Skilled Trades Academy focused on high-demand fields such as construction, manufacturing, and data centers. Military spouses can access career opportunities, skills-building resources, and support suited to the demands of military life. For employers, HOH provides ways to connect with military talent, drawing on a community of more than 80,000 service members, veterans, and spouses served each year. Its website also features a job board, webinars, research, digital tools, and a resource library. HOH publicizes small-business grant opportunities for veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs, including a 2027 grant offering up to $25,000.
