## Description

Hi Rok Farm is a full-service horse boarding and training facility at 106 Choate Street in Essex, Massachusetts. Founded by owner and trainer Chrissy Gilbertson, the farm offers a welcoming, relaxed environment for horses and riders at different experience levels, from recreational riders to avid competitors. Hunters and jumpers are the primary focus, while eventing and flatwork are also supported.

Training emphasizes partnership, confidence, and sound horsemanship both in and out of the saddle. The farm highlights regular routines, appropriate nutrition, ample forage, turnout, and cross-training as important parts of horse care. Its services include boarding, horse and rider training, instruction and coaching, and support for riders preparing for horse shows. The property has been renovated, with new paddocks developed, and includes an indoor arena. Hi Rok Farm aims to provide thoughtful care and clear communication while helping each horse and rider progress toward personal goals. Chrissy brings more than 20 years of professional experience to her work on Boston’s North Shore.
