# Hiša Franko - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `hisafranko.com` ## Description Hiša Franko is a renowned brand that is deeply connected to the traditions and environment of Posočje. Located at the foot of majestic mountains and just a stone's throw away from the emerald Soča River, this restaurant embraces the beauty of its sometimes tough and challenging surroundings. Hiša Franko's philosophy is rooted in using the best that nature offers during each season. Their cuisine is heavily influenced by the local dairy and meat products, so you can expect a menu abundant in cheese and its various byproducts. The restaurant collaborates with high-altitude farmers, shepherds, and cheesemakers from the Kobarid and Tolmin regions who still practice traditional methods. Hiša Franko is deeply connected to the community of gatherers, mushroom pickers, shepherds, cheesemakers, hunters, and fishermen. Their location is rich in trout, game, forest fruits, and wild plants, which are daily incorporated into their dishes. Since 2017, Hiša Franko has been listed among the top 50 restaurants in the world, and in 2020, it proudly received two Michelin stars and a green star, which it has retained in subsequent editions. It's worth mentioning that the legendary writer Ernest Hemingway may have even written his novel A Farewell to Arms in the same house during World War I. Whether true or not, the myths and legends of this region continue to thrive. Hiša Franko is not just a restaurant; it's an experience that reflects the charm and richness of Posočje. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Restaurants and Delivery _(under Food and Drink)_ - 💎 Luxury - 💎 Fine Dining and Gourmet Cuisine _(under Luxury)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idyxJQtiaL/w/820/h/97/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1762155868592) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Sycamore | #7e883f | accent | | White | #ffffff | light | | Black | #000000 | dark | ## Fonts - gaisyr — asset _(custom)_ - diatype — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
