## Description

Historic Shooting Forums is an online community for people interested in historic firearms and traditional shooting. Its discussion boards cover rifles dating from before World War II, including rimfire and single-shot centerfire models, as well as handguns, shotguns, and related equipment. Members can exchange knowledge about reloading, with dedicated areas for smokeless and black powder topics, and discuss hunting, competitions, clubs, and shooting ranges. The forum also includes a publications library for shooting-related documents, along with a general “front porch” for friendly conversation. A Trading Post lets individual members list items for sale or trade, or post wanted listings, subject to monthly posting limits; businesses and higher-volume users are asked to contact the site about making a donation. Support sections provide forum news, help with posting pictures, and technical assistance. With hundreds of discussion threads and a searchable archive, Historic Shooting Forums connects enthusiasts who share an interest in historic firearms, shooting practices, and the community around them.
