## Description

The International History Olympiad (IHO) is a prestigious biennial event organized by International Academic Competitions, bringing together exceptional primary and secondary school history students from around the globe. The 6th edition will take place in Paris, France, from July 20-26, 2025, hosted by the esteemed Ecole Jeannine Manuel. Participants will engage in various competitions including buzzer-based quizzes and multiple-choice exams, alongside opportunities for enriching field trips and social events.

To enhance the experience, the Olympiad offers pre-trips to Normandy and Brittany from July 16-18, and post-trips to the South of France from July 27-August 2. Since its inception in 2015, the IHO has become a hallmark of academic excellence, previously held in remarkable locations such as Williamsburg, Honolulu, Berlin, and Rome. This event not only celebrates historical knowledge but also fosters cultural exchange and camaraderie among young historians worldwide, making it a memorable journey of learning and friendship.
