## Description

Hitch Fit is an online personal training brand founded by Micah and Diana LaCerte, who have been helping clients pursue fitness transformations since 2006. The company creates fully customized training and nutrition plans based on each person’s goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and preferences. Its coaching supports weight loss, fat reduction, muscle building, improved fitness, and long-term health, with flexible workouts designed for home, gym, or travel. Programs include options for women and men over 40, weight loss, couples, bikini-model preparation, and other body transformation goals. Hitch Fit also offers professional guidance, ongoing communication, accountability, and a community intended to keep clients motivated throughout their journey. The brand reports serving more than 20,000 clients in 82 countries, who have collectively lost over 750,000 pounds of fat. In addition to its training plans, Hitch Fit provides an app, health supplements, a fitness blog, and success stories featuring client transformations. Its approach combines individualized coaching with practical support to help people work toward stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.
