## Description

HitLab Training provides individualized hitting development for baseball and softball athletes, with programs designed to build skills, refine swing mechanics, and improve situational hitting and plate approach. Training begins with an in-depth assessment by the professional staff, who use their evaluation and collected data to create a plan tailored to each athlete’s needs.
