The Hong Kong Blockchain Society (HKBCS) is dedicated to raising awareness of Blockchain Technology beyond technologists and bringing it to the wider public, industry, regulators, and policy makers. We collaborate with government, academia, and industry to promote legitimate blockchain development in Hong Kong and the surrounding region. Our mission is to bridge the gap between blockchain and the real world.

HKBCS offers a range of educational programs and events to facilitate understanding and adoption of blockchain technology. We provide Blockchain/Regtech Training for university and secondary school students, equipping them with the skills for a future in IT. Additionally, we are actively involved in combating the COVID-19 pandemic through various initiatives, such as digital immunity passports and tracking hardware provenance.
