HKYAA, also known as the Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy, was founded in 2012. Over the years, this organization has grown and now consists of a team of voluntary instructors from various aviation fields. Their main goal is to contribute to the development of aviation in Hong Kong. 

The vision of HKYAA is to inspire young people by exploring different areas of aviation and to promote aviation interests and the pursuit of aviation knowledge. These volunteers come from diverse backgrounds including airline pilots, technical officers, air traffic controllers, government flying service officers, and aircraft engineers. Together, they deliver a comprehensive course that helps university graduates secure their first employment.

HKYAA is a non-profit initiative that collaborates with local corporate and governmental bodies. They aim to benefit the next generation and the aviation industry as a whole.
