Holistic Life Foundation (HLF) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to promoting mindfulness, connection, and overall wellness for over 20 years. They work with over 5,000 students from Baltimore City Public Schools on a weekly basis, providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
