Holistic Life Foundation (HLF) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to promoting mindfulness, connection, and overall wellness for over 20 years. With a deep commitment to the community and the environment, HLF is driven by the mission to nurture the wellness of children and adults in underserved areas. Through their range of programs, HLF aims to create positive and lasting change in low-income communities. They work with over 5,000 students from Baltimore City Public Schools on a weekly basis, providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive.

HLF's multi-faceted programming focuses on social, emotional, community, and educational aspects, empowering youth, families, and adults alike. From Mindful Moment Training and Engagements to Train the Trainer programs, Bridging Academics & the Mind, and more, HLF offers a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being.
