Hlp, a brand under The Shubert Organization, is committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the commercial theatre industry. They have launched The Artistic Circle, an initiative aimed at supporting BIPOC commercial theatre producers in the early-to-mid stage of their careers. As part of The Artistic Circle, Hlp provides assistance to selected producers who have projects currently in development.

The level of support is tailored to the needs of each project and may include space for readings and workshops, roundtables and networking events, video and technological expertise, access to office space, and connections to industry contacts and mentors. Financial assistance may also be offered. Hlp's Artistic Circle projects are already in process and have a clear development plan and timeline.

They are focused on the commercial theatre industry, including both Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. By supporting and empowering BIPOC commercial theatre producers, Hlp is working towards creating a more inclusive and diverse theatrical landscape
