HAP, the Hmong American Partnership, is a nonprofit social service and community development organization dedicated to addressing the needs of immigrants and refugees in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Founded in 1990 to serve the growing Hmong population, HAP is now the largest Hmong-serving organization in the nation.
