HOBO is a brand with a rich history and a passion for crafting high-quality leather goods. It all began in 1975 when Toni Ray, the founder, started learning leather craftsmanship in a '70s leather shop. After 20 years of building legendary leather shops, Toni Ray took a leap of faith and started HOBO with her life savings.

The brand is named after the American hobos who lived by a code of hard work and kindness in pursuit of adventure. The first HOBO collection was created on a dining room table, featuring natural leather bags made in a family factory in Colombia. One of HOBO's iconic designs is the Lauren Clutch-Wallet, which was born out of necessity and has become a coveted collector's item.

In 2012, HOBO opened its flagship store in Annapolis, Maryland, and later expanded to Georgetown. The brand is also committed to giving back and has partnered with Habitat for Humanity to support their vision of providing everyone with a decent place to live.
