## Description

Hochheimer Kanuverein 1921 e.V. is a paddling club based in Hochheim, Germany, welcoming people interested in canoeing, outdoor activity, and nature. The club offers several ways to get involved, whether members are seeking energetic river adventures, relaxed outings, or opportunities to develop their skills. Its activities include whitewater paddling, freestyle, regattas, and canoe trips on lakes and rivers. Members can also take part in introductory paddling sessions and training.

Training takes place on Wednesdays at the club’s boathouse during summer and at the Hochheim indoor swimming pool in winter. Sessions include opportunities to practise skills such as the Eskimo roll. The club also hosts events, including its boathouse festival and Gaudicup, and publishes a calendar and annual programme of activities.

Run through the voluntary efforts of its members, the club invites participation in practical projects, event organisation, and other club responsibilities. It also supports municipal youth projects through volunteer work. Hochheimer Kanuverein provides information about membership, facilities, training, events, and canoeing opportunities for prospective visitors and members.
