## Description

Hoen Kikaku is a Japanese company dedicated to supporting people and organizations through the game of Go. Its name, “Hoen,” is another term for Go: the square represents the board, while the circle represents the stones. The company manages Go salons and plans and operates Go events and tournaments, welcoming inquiries about a wide range of Go-related needs.

Its venues include Diamond Go Salon in Kojimachi, known for its welcoming atmosphere, and the members-only Go Salon Ranca on the top floor of ANA InterContinental Tokyo. Hoen Kikaku also offers online lessons, with flexible scheduling and guidance on how lessons work. Its instructors include former Nihon Ki-in trainees and strong amateur players, and provide coaching tailored to each student.

For events and Go gatherings, the company rents Go equipment and can arrange instructor dispatch. Its online shop sells boards, stones, books, and items such as hand-painted fans by female professional Go players. Hoen Kikaku aims to make Go enjoyable and accessible through venues, lessons, equipment, and event services.
