## Description

Hoivon Trendi Oy is a Finnish social and healthcare services company focused on quality, safety, sustainability, and wellbeing. Its services include strategic consulting on adopting artificial intelligence in healthcare, research and development, and staffing support such as recruitment, personnel placement, and coaching. The company also provides home care, remote care, support for family caregivers, cleaning, personal assistance, and practical help with activities such as shopping and outdoor mobility.

Hoivon Trendi also develops SitAware AI, a workplace wellbeing application designed to help users balance focused work with movement. Its on-device AI uses information such as calendar workload, posture patterns, and step counts to suggest timely breaks, while its employer dashboard provides aggregated wellbeing insights rather than individual monitoring. The company describes its approach as privacy-focused and uses digital tools where possible to reduce physical resource use and waste. Its Green Charter principles guide efforts to limit environmental impacts without compromising service quality or safety. Hoivon Trendi serves individuals, employers, and organisations seeking care services or support for healthier working environments.
