## Description

Hollicarrs Holiday Park is a private, secure retreat in the heart of Yorkshire, sympathetically developed within 250 acres of woodland on the historic Escrick Park Estate. The estate has been owned and run by the same family for more than 350 years. Hollicarrs offers timber lodges for both short breaks and purchase, including new and previously owned homes in a range of sizes and prices. Its self-catering holiday lodges provide a peaceful base for relaxing stays; all short-break lodges have hot tubs, and some welcome pets.

Guests can enjoy on-site tennis, pétanque and bowls, as well as woodland walking trails, a bird hide and access to a nearby cycling route. Bike hire, helmets and a recovery service are available from reception. The park also has an exclusive, stocked fishing lake, with accessible fishing facilities; permits are required and visitors bring their own equipment. At the entrance, Olivia’s Tearoom serves brunch, lunch and afternoon tea in a fully licensed setting. Nearby Three Hagges Woodmeadow offers an additional nature destination.
