## Description

Holodomor is a dedicated non-profit organization and website that works to raise awareness of the Holodomor, the 1932-33 famine genocide in Ukraine. Established in 2007 by webmistress Natasha Sazonova and the Connecticut Holodomor Awareness Committee, the platform serves as a trusted source for educational resources and historical accounts related to the Holodomor. The website offers a variety of materials, including eyewitness accounts, factual history, and informative links, all aimed at promoting a comprehensive understanding of this tragic event.

Key members of the team include Lana Babij, a retired professional librarian with extensive experience in academic access and a passion for Holodomor education, and Natasha Sazonova, a talented artist and graphic designer who brings visual storytelling to the site. Together, they curate and manage content, ensuring that the information is credible and regularly updated to benefit educators, researchers, and the general public. Through their efforts, Holodomor continues to be a vital resource for those looking to learn about and commemorate this significant chapter in history.
