Our iconic orange and blue Enanito Holsum mascot embodies our love and loyalty to the brand. Holsum has been known for its innovation throughout its history. Our Innovation Committee continuously evaluates new ideas to meet the needs and tastes of our consumers. We understand Puerto Rican preferences and consistently launch successful products like our wide-sliced Cinnamon Bread and recently, Butter Bread, Kaiser Rolls, Jumbo Hamburger Buns with Seeds, and Mallorca Bread. Our commitment to excellence allows us to supply the local market, including fast-food restaurants, as well as export our products throughout the Caribbean. In 1998, Holsum became a purely Puerto Rican company when it was acquired by our president, Mr. Ramón Calderón. We take pride in our social commitment and demonstrated this after Hurricane María by preparing sandwiches and visiting severely affected communities. In less than two months, our ambassadors of hope distributed blessings to over 21,000 people, ensuring that no household went without bread.
