The Home Care & Hospice Association of Colorado (HHAC) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing home health, hospice, palliative care, and home care and private duty providers across Colorado. Its mission is to advance the health and wellness of Coloradans by promoting excellence in care at home through education and advocacy. HHAC supports providers as they navigate a changing healthcare landscape, while helping strengthen care for patients, families, and communities.
