## Description

HooDoo Brewing Co. Founded by Bobby Wilken, a Fairbanks native with a passion for brewing, HooDoo Brewing Company offers fresh, well-made craft beer that reflects a decade-long journey into the world of beer. At the HooDoo Taproom, visitors can enjoy a cold, locally brewed craft beer straight from the source. The open layout allows you to witness the beautiful brewing process while savoring the fruits of their labor. You can also fill a growler of your favorite brew to take home or pick up a keg. Inspired by the outdoor beer gardens in Bavaria and southern Germany, the HooDoo Biergarten offers a warm and festive atmosphere known as Gemütlichkeit. Along with their fresh beer, you can indulge in culinary specialties from local food trucks. Firepits and a covered area add coziness to the setting, making it enjoyable even on less-than-ideal weather days. The HooDoo brewhouse is a custom-built, steam-heated system that allows for various mashing techniques. They have oversized fermentation and conditioning tanks, which enable the combination of multiple brews into one batch. The beer is naturally carbonated using a spunding technique, resulting in exceptional flavors. HooDoo Brewing Co. The Taproom and Biergarten are now open for seating without reservations. So, come and experience the true taste of Alaska at HooDoo Brewing Co.
