## Description

Hope & Chance Integrated Health is a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving adults in recovery in Seattle, Tacoma, and surrounding counties. Founded to address the challenges people face beyond clinical treatment, the organization provides practical support that helps make recovery more stable and sustainable. Its services are offered at no cost to qualifying residents.

Hope & Chance’s supportive recovery housing offers structured, substance-free living for up to 180 days, subject to eligibility and availability. The organization also provides transportation to treatment, medical, recovery, and employment-related appointments; peer recovery support from specialists with lived experience; and care coordination to connect residents with healthcare, benefits, food assistance, and community resources. Transition support helps residents plan for permanent housing, employment, and greater independence.

Hope & Chance works alongside clinical providers, including New Era Mental Health, which offers counseling, substance use treatment, and other clinical services. While those partners focus on treatment, Hope & Chance addresses everyday barriers such as housing instability, missed appointments, and limited support.
