Hope Blooms is a brand that is changing lives, one bouquet at a time. Their mission is to provide comfort and joy to community members who may feel forgotten or unimportant. With the simple but powerful message of You matter, Hope Blooms aims to bring a sense of belonging and inclusion to those in need.

They repurpose donated flowers and transform them into beautiful bedside bouquets for individuals in hospice care, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and more. As a nonprofit organization, Hope Blooms relies on donated floral to serve their mission and is unable to accommodate individual requests or provide bouquets for funerals or events. With a dedicated team of volunteers, known as joy makers, Hope Blooms spreads love, hope, and emotional healing within their community.
