Hope Services is a vocational service organization based in Land O' Lakes, FL. Our mission is to foster independence for people living with disabilities and members of the community by providing life skills, vocational training, and employment services. We work in partnership with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to help individuals build confidence in their skills and realize their talents to find satisfactory work and gain independence.

At Hope Services, we believe that everyone has value, and we advocate for our clients with compassion and trust. We treat our clients with dignity, value, and potential, building bridges of relationships to bring people together. Our team is dedicated to professionalism, maintaining an elevated level of communication and generosity.

Our story began in 2003 when our founder, Cindy Bray, helped her daughter and others with disabilities find employment. We understand that disabilities do not undercut a person's value or potential. We've seen firsthand how individuals with disabilities carry unique giftedness that can enrich a company's culture.

Throughout west-central Florida, we continue to care, help, and give hope to our clients. Our team includes Executive Director Cindy Bray, Executive Director of Operations Dave Caldas, Vocational Training Specialist Kaylin Knaus, Senior Employment Specialist Jason Bray, Employment Specialist Jackie Flores, Employment Specialist Rebecca Marquez-Goodnight, and other dedicated professionals who are committed to serving individuals with disabilities. Together, we strive to change lives and make a positive impact in our community.
