# Hope in the Valley - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `hopeinthevalley.org` ## Description Hope in the Valley RDA is a registered charity and member group of the Riding for the Disabled Association, supporting disabled children through horse riding. For more than 50 years, the group has aimed to make the pleasure, independence and therapeutic benefits of riding accessible to young people. Its riding sessions take place on Wednesday afternoons during school term time at Plumpton College, near Lewes in East Sussex. The group is run entirely by volunteers and funded solely through donations. Ponies are generously loaned by their owners and brought to the college for the weekly sessions. Alongside riding, Hope in the Valley shares information about the benefits of its activities, safeguarding, additional riding opportunities and the Penny Lucy Holiday Fund. It also welcomes volunteers, offering information about opportunities and training, and invites pony owners to consider volunteering their animals. The organisation provides details about its history, trustees, meeting times and ways to donate, helping families, supporters and prospective volunteers learn how to get involved. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/HopeintheValleyRDA) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idUO5OBhmF/w/200/h/179/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793881368386) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idUO5OBhmF/w/918/h/918/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793881368824) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bay of Many | #204283 | accent | | Creole | #060201 | dark | | Athens Gray | #f4f5f7 | light | ## Fonts - Outfit — asset _(google)_ - Spline Sans — asset _(google)_ - Spline Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
