## Description

HBN, or Horse by Nature, is a horse-health brand founded by Riccarda Fehrenberg, a qualified FN horse specialist with professional experience dating back to 2003. The brand focuses on the relationship between horses and their environment, examining how factors such as stable conditions, feeding, exercise, and environmental substances can affect wellbeing. Its approach emphasizes supporting the digestive tract, gut microbiome, immune balance, metabolic processes, and the body’s natural protective barriers, with prevention and practical support at its core.

HBN offers independent advice on horse-health concerns, individual feed consultations, and feed-ration reviews and adjustments. Its HBN essentials range includes biotic supplementary feeds, notably HBN Humin and Symbiofeed, as well as selected nutrients intended to support the gut’s mucosal barriers and immune function. The website also provides guidance on product use and application questions at no charge. Drawing on her work as a GMP hygiene officer, Fehrenberg offers independent hygiene management advice and training, including support with wound care and natural care for horses and equestrian facilities.
