Trellis Supportive Care, formerly known as Hospice & Palliative CareCenter, is the first hospice in North Carolina. Since 1979, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional hospice care. However, we have also expanded our programs to meet the changing needs of our community. Our services include not only hospice care, but also grief counseling and advance care planning, all of which are offered free of charge. In addition, we offer expanded palliative care services, aimed at supporting patients earlier in their disease process. To better serve our patients and their families, we opened the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in 1998, providing around-the-clock care and respite care. Our team consists of highly trained professionals who work together to ensure that patients and their families can live their lives fully and comfortably, even during challenging times. At Trellis Supportive Care, our mission is to provide compassionate care and support. We are committed to our core values and strive to provide the highest quality of care to all.
