## Description

Hours is a business platform designed to connect agreements, spending, documents and financial workflows in one place. Its purpose is to help companies understand what they pay for and check whether their costs match the terms they have agreed. The platform brings together contract and document management, invoice scanning, bookkeeping, bank integration, reconciliation and debtor management. It also supports payroll and employee administration, including expenses, company cards, approvals, absence and working-time records, with pay rates checked against contracts and collective agreements.

Hours uses Amber, an AI assistant that reviews agreements and supporting documents, identifies discrepancies and suggests next steps. The service can compare invoices with contract terms, flag price changes or renewal deadlines, and help prepare for supplier negotiations by assessing prices against the market. A chain and franchise module lets businesses compare agreements across locations and share favourable terms. Hours also offers integrations with banks, accounting systems, email and payment services, alongside customer stories, guides, API documentation and product updates.
