## Description

House of Hope CT is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Nicole Milo, a mother and advocate whose experience finding support for her son Caleb inspired the organization. It helps families create small, micro-residential homes where adults with profound autism or intellectual and developmental disabilities can live safely, receive ongoing support, and stay close to loved ones. The organization developed a replicable model intended to help families and communities build similar homes in Connecticut and across the country.

House of Hope CT is a State of Connecticut Qualified Provider Agency offering residential, respite, and day supports.
