## Description

Praktijk In je Lijf is a body-oriented coaching and breathwork practice in The Hague, founded by Barbara Klarenbeek. It supports women who feel stuck, spend much of their time in their heads, or sense that something in their lives needs to change. Drawing on more than 15 years of work with the body, Barbara combines body-oriented coaching, breath therapy and her experience as a yoga teacher to help clients explore what is happening beneath familiar thoughts and patterns.

Sessions focus on slowing down, noticing bodily signals and using the breath to support regulation and deeper awareness. The aim is to create space for insight and help women discover choices and directions that feel right for them. The practice offers individual coaching and breathwork, as well as personal trajectories ranging from an initial exploration to longer-term support. Clients do not need to know exactly where to begin; they can explore their needs together with Barbara. A free introductory intake is available, and the website also features events and a blog.
