## Description

Houthakkers Beachvolleybal is a community beach volleyball organization based in Nobelhorst, Almere Hout, offering an accessible and sociable way to play the sport. Its aim is to make beach volleyball available to everyone, from children to adults and from beginners to experienced players. In April 2025, the organization added two dedicated sand courts in Nobelhorst, creating a home for outdoor training and the development of a club competition. During winter, Houthakkers provides indoor sessions in a sports hall, with training focused on beach volleyball techniques and the two-against-two format. The organization also shares information about its playing rules, clothing, events, safe sport, and nearby beach volleyball courts. Houthakkers is a member of the Dutch Volleyball Association and welcomes people looking for a friendly sporting community in Almere. Its outdoor courts are located on Rosalind Franklinweg, while indoor sessions take place at a sports hall on Max Planckstraat. Players can contact the organization by email or follow it on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
