## Description

Howlin' Ray's is a brand that has been serving Nashville-inspired heat since 2015. Started by Johnny Ray Zone and his wife Amanda Chapman, Howlin' Ray's is not just a restaurant, but a story of love and passion for food. Johnny, who gained experience under renowned chefs like Thomas Keller and Gordon Ramsay, discovered the magic of Nashville hot chicken during a visit to Tennessee. This fiery and flavorful dish captured their hearts and they decided to bring it back to Los Angeles. Starting with a food truck, they quickly gained popularity with their fan-favorite Hot Chicken Sando. Eventually, Howlin' Ray's found a permanent home in Chinatown's Far East Plaza. Today, long lines of happy customers are a common sight, all eager to taste their delicious hot chicken. Howlin' Ray's is proud of their dish and their mission is to share this moment with everyone. The future looks bright for Howlin' Ray's, with their hot and spicy offerings continuing to heat up the food scene. You can connect with Howlin' Ray's on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Yelp.
