Additionally, we offer phone or video doctor visits through Teladoc. Our provider networks include over 75+ hospitals and 6,400 primary care and specialist physicians and allied health professionals. At HealthPartnersPlans, we are dedicated to our communities. We actively engage with our neighborhoods through no-cost health screenings, participation in community events, and hosting special events like concerts and family health awareness days. We also have the Health Partners Foundation, which supports low-income communities with educational programs, scholarships, and emergency assistance.
