## Description

HR Rewired is an independent HR advisory firm specializing in anti-racism. They offer assurance support to help brands accelerate their racial equity journey. Their services focus on addressing systemic racism, which is a distinct form of discrimination impacting employees in unique and pervasive ways. HR Rewired assists brands in demonstrating the impact of their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) solutions, increasing representation at executive levels, reducing attrition rates for diverse talent, managing reputational risk, and disclosing specific actions. Their mission is to identify and address the root causes of structural barriers that block inclusion, performance, and progression in the workplace. By providing an independent assessment of a brand's racial equity position, they help identify areas of risk and provide recommendations to tackle systemic racism. HR Rewired excels in facilitating executive conversations about racism, creating safe spaces for employee feedback, conducting racial equity assessments, and crafting authentic brand narratives. Their expertise and influence in the field of anti-racism have made them an award-winning HR advisory firm trusted by brands to drive impactful change in workplace cultures.
