## Description

HRTC Hoorn, the Hoornse Ren en Toer Club, is a cycling club based in Hoorn, North Holland, serving the West-Friesland region. Established in 1948, the club brings together recreational cyclists and riders interested in training and competition. Its programs are organized for different ages and ambitions, including children aged 7 to 14, young riders aged 15 to 18, and Belofte/Elite riders aged 18 and over. Youth members can learn cycling skills on a safe, enclosed course, while older and competitive riders can take part in structured training and develop toward racing. The club also welcomes touring cyclists aged 16 and over, offering opportunities to ride together and enjoy the local area. HRTC Hoorn organizes training sessions, club races, a Tuesday evening competition, and group rides and touring events such as the annual Rondje Paashaas. Prospective members can enquire about joining or arrange a trial training session. The club is located at Holenweg 14D in Hoorn and also provides information about membership, licenses, clothing, parcours, and club rules.
