## Description

HTARO.COM, operated by TARO, INC., is a Japanese purchasing and auction-assistance service focused on helping customers buy items from eBay and other overseas marketplaces. Its services include bidding on customers’ behalf, including sniping bids, and assisting with purchases from Amazon.com and international online shops. The site describes a free membership option that has traditionally allowed customers to check requests, winning bids, and order progress through a personal account; however, it currently states that account login is unavailable. For new requests, customers are asked to contact the service directly by email, and individual Google Sheets are prepared to track orders. The company also provides guidance on sending payments, recommends Wise (formerly TransferWise), and publishes monthly exchange-rate information. Customers can ask questions by email or contact the service through X direct messages. HTARO.COM notes that its website is planned to close in April 2026, after which requests should be made by email.
