## Description

The Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer group of parents, teachers, and administrators dedicated to supporting students and strengthening the school community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working alongside school leadership, the PTO aims to make students’ educational experience as rewarding as possible by supporting academic, religious, fine arts, and athletics programs.

The organization’s primary source of fundraising is PTO membership. Contributions help fund faculty appreciation, including birthday and Christmas gifts, staff luncheons, startup checks, and monthly snacks. The PTO also supports activities and treats for students, such as ice cream trucks, Kona Ice, donuts, Field Day, and the Bulldog Festival. Its Teacher Fund provides direct support for faculty gifts and additional expressions of appreciation throughout the school year.

Families can get involved by joining the PTO, volunteering, attending school events, or supporting annual fundraisers. Volunteer participation at Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools requires completion of the Diocese of Charlotte’s CMG Connect Safe Environment Program.
