## Description

HUB Cycling is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cycling as a primary mode of transportation in British Columbia. Established in 1998, originally known as the Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition, HUB Cycling has spent over 25 years working to remove barriers to cycling while highlighting its health, environmental, and economic benefits. With close to 3,000 members and over 65,000 supporters, HUB Cycling organizes educational programs, advocacy initiatives, and community events across Metro Vancouver, aimed at making cycling safer and more accessible for everyone.

Their offerings include various bike education programs, online resources, and initiatives like Go By Bike Week and Bike to School Week, which encourage participation in cycling. Additionally, HUB Cycling actively engages in public policy discussions to improve cycling infrastructure and promote safety for all road users. Their mission focuses on creating healthier, happier, and more connected communities through increased cycling frequency and improved cycling conditions, ultimately aiming to foster a culture where cycling is the norm for individuals of all ages and abilities.
