## Description

Laura Huber offers evidence-based, psychologically grounded systemic coaching in Berlin and online. Combining systemic coaching methods with her expertise as an MSc psychologist, she supports individuals, couples, founders and businesses through personal and professional challenges. Sessions provide a confidential space for reflection, self-understanding and practical change, with each coaching process tailored to the client’s needs and goals.

The services include individual coaching for greater clarity, focus and resilience; support with stress, career development, professional reorientation, habits, relationships and life transitions; and business coaching focused on leadership, workplace challenges and organizational change. Gründercoaching helps founding teams address collaboration, communication, shared goals and potential conflict. Paarcoaching offers individual and joint sessions to explore personal and shared concerns and future plans, while helping clients consider what kind of support may be appropriate.

Laura’s approach emphasizes recognizing patterns, developing new perspectives and identifying actionable alternatives. Clients can book an initial, non-binding conversation to discuss their situation and determine whether coaching is a suitable way forward.
