## Description

Hughes Building Co. is a Puget Sound custom home builder led by founder and owner Brian Hughes, who brings 44 years of experience and more than 150 completed projects. The company serves homeowners across Seattle, King County, the Eastside, and nearby islands, building homes and transforming existing properties with a collaborative, detail-focused approach.

Its services include custom new home construction, major remodels, architecture and 3D modeling, design, permitting, and project management. Hughes Building Co. guides clients from initial discovery and project planning through selections, construction contracts, permit approval, and the build itself. The process emphasizes clear communication, structured planning, and cost transparency, with project proposals and construction estimates developed around each client’s goals, budget, and timeline.

The company combines design tools and systems informed by Six Sigma principles to help clients visualize projects, manage decisions, and oversee delivery. Its portfolio includes a range of residential projects, from plateau estates to island beach houses.
