## Description

Hullabaloo! is Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival, offering young people opportunities to experience and take part in creative activities during the October mid-term break. The festival takes place in Birr, Clara and Edenderry, as well as at selected Offaly Libraries, bringing arts programming to communities across the county. Its programme features shows and hands-on workshops spanning music, craft, art and dance, with plenty more for children to try and enjoy.

The 2026 festival is scheduled for Wednesday 28 to Saturday 31 October, and tickets are on sale through the event website. Visitors can explore the programme and book tickets online, while families can also browse a gallery of photographs from past festivals. Hullabaloo! provides a dedicated Kids Page with fun activity sheets for children to enjoy, and invites audiences to follow its social media pages for updates about festival events and activities. With a mix of performances and participatory sessions, Hullabaloo! makes the October break an opportunity for children and families to discover and enjoy the arts together.
