The Commission possesses the authority to investigate public complaints, offer mediation or conciliation services, provide guidance, and publish reports on human rights issues. However, they do not provide legal advice or get involved in court cases. To further their mission, the Commission offers educational resources covering various topics such as bullying, detainees' rights, LGBTQ+ issues, mental health, and more.
