HUMIFORM is a Melbourne-based education social enterprise that empowers young people to become active citizens and change makers. Recognizing the anxiety and uncertainty faced by the next generation due to the climate crisis and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, HUMIFORM aims to combat this by equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and agency to imagine a better world and take thoughtful action to bring their vision to life.

Through their HUMIFORM Community Change Maker School, after-school sessions are provided for budding young change makers. They also facilitate incursions and programs in schools across Melbourne, nurturing student voice and agency, and supporting them to become active citizens. Additionally, HUMIFORM is building a community of educators who recognize the need for change in education.
