## Description

Huntsville Girls Hockey Association (HGHA) supports girls and young women in hockey through organized programs focused on participation, skill development, competition, and teamwork. Based in Huntsville, the association offers House League and Competitive teams across age divisions, including U9, U11, U13, U15, and U18. Players can also take part in U7/FUNdamentals and First Shift, a program with introductory instructions for those who are new to hockey. HGHA provides schedules, team rosters, practice information, and registration resources for players and families. Its website also shares guidance on financial assistance, family requirements, and volunteering, alongside registration processes for coaches, bench staff, and officials. The association connects local businesses with sponsorship opportunities, including support for House League jerseys, and offers a Sting Store for team-related shopping. Families can find association policies, procedures, forms, and contact information, as well as details about the 48th HGHA Tournament. Through its teams, entry-level programs, and community resources, HGHA helps make organized girls’ hockey accessible to players and families in Huntsville.
