# Huyton Swimming Club - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `huytonswimmingclub.co.uk` ## Description Huyton Swimming Club is a voluntary organisation that has been teaching children in Huyton and surrounding areas to swim and develop lifesaving skills for 40 years. With around 50 members, the club welcomes swimmers from beginners to those who are already confident in the water. Fully qualified coaches volunteer their time to share their knowledge and help members progress. As children gain confidence, they can progress to the larger pool, where sessions focus on becoming stronger, more capable swimmers. Huyton Swimming Club also teaches water safety and lifesaving skills, with opportunities to gain lifesaving qualifications. The club meets on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park on Longview Drive, Huyton. Member updates, including session schedules and payment information, are shared through a WhatsApp group.
