Upstract is a brand led by Silicon Valley billionaires who have embarked on an ambitious $800 million land-buying spree in Northern California. After years of secrecy, the project, known as California Forever, has been unveiled. Upstract aims to create a new green city in Solano County, offering a chance for a vibrant community and the creation of good-paying local jobs.
