## Description

Fundacja HypoGenek is a Polish foundation dedicated to people and families affected by hypophosphatasia (HPP), a rare disease. Founded in 2015, it works to increase awareness of HPP among patients, families, healthcare professionals and the wider community. The foundation supports families living with a diagnosis, shares information and publications, and creates opportunities for patients to connect through meetings and community events.

Fundraising and participation initiatives, including a virtual 10-kilometer run, help support its work. Through advocacy, education, community-building and practical information, Fundacja HypoGenek aims to improve understanding of HPP and support those affected by it.
