## Description

HYPOS is a hydrogen innovation network and registered association based in Central Germany, bringing together companies, small and medium-sized businesses, industrial firms, universities, and research institutions. With around 150 members across Germany and growing international interest, it supports the development and market launch of sustainable hydrogen. HYPOS connects expertise across the value chain, from research and production to transport and practical applications, and helps partners advance projects through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Its work spans industry clusters focused on the chemical sector, decentralised hydrogen supply, e-fuels, energy-intensive processes, infrastructure, mobility, and digitalisation. HYPOS also offers events, networking opportunities, and resources through its knowledge portal, including a hydrogen marketplace, a project and information guide, frequently asked questions, and the Way to H₂ training platform. The network publishes news, policy communications, and project information, and provides a calendar of industry events. Supported by Saxony-Anhalt’s Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Agriculture and Forestry, HYPOS aims to help establish a cross-sector sustainable hydrogen economy in Central Germany and beyond.
