## Description

IamHero is an Italian digital health company that develops virtual reality tools to support personalized therapeutic and educational programs, particularly for neurodevelopmental conditions. Its Heroes Trainer experiences use videogames in VR to make therapy more engaging for cognitive-behavioral therapists, specialist clinics, and educational institutions. The catalog includes activities for spatial orientation and visuospatial memory, working memory, planning, cognitive assessment, shifting, inhibition, and attention.

Alongside the VR experiences, IamHero offers an all-in-one therapeutic platform that helps professionals track and assess sessions, review performance over time, monitor progress, and set treatment goals. The company describes its software as a Class I medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745. IamHero reports results from a 2024 analysis of 60 subjects, including reduced abandonment and stress and longer sustained attention; these figures are company-reported findings. Its work also includes projects exploring personalized activities and artificial intelligence to support executive functions. Based in Italy, IamHero serves therapists and organizations involved in rehabilitation and education, presenting technology as a complement to professional care, not a substitute for medical advice.
